Trevor, Annie & Dan Boulton established boultons MultiMedia in 1995 to produce leading edge PC based souvenir products, which at the time were 'Australia's best selling software'. The innovative FastTrack Languages range soon followed, these sold in Harvey Norman and other major Australian stores.
With the growing need for interactive training materials many groundbreaking programs followed. The development emphasis was then Australian workplace accent & pronunciation training programs for skilled migrants, TAFE's and universities.. Current program development is in the area of cross platform programs for smartphones and tablets. QR Trails for regional tourism and QR Art Trails engage visitors as never before.
As early adopters of the triple bottom line principles, boultons gradually converted their software range to downloadable files, thus reducing the environmental impacts of packaging and shipping of physical products. Community interests in many countries include economic development partnerships, schools based recovery projects and teaching lateral thinking .
