Phonics sounds are the basis of vocal communication.
English words are made up of multiple sounds represented by letters. To speak English clearly, you need to correctly pronounce these basic letter sounds. Without phonics, word building and consequently conversation is always difficult. The way a phonic is pronounced also determines the speaker’s accent.
This program has been designed to enable the user to practise their English pronunciation. When phonics are pronounced easily and fluently, this flows into improved and confident speech.
The training provides exercises for the alphabet letters, consonants plus vowels and blended consonants (both beginning and ending) plus vowels. The phonics practised are then used in words in a sentence.
